Thirty years aligning technology with business. I've led international teams, driven digital transformation in demanding environments, and helped build critical infrastructure since the early days of the internet in Spain.
For two decades I combined consulting and software development with teaching. I still believe teaching is the best way to keep learning.
Today I focus that experience on technology advisory, Fractional CTO work, and applied AI: better decisions, stronger systems, and execution with real business impact.
